FOR EYELASHES EXTENSION / PERMANENT MAKE-UP APPOINTMENTS

***No refunds are provided for completed services.***

If there are any issues that require correction, clients must inform us before leaving the salon. We cannot be held responsible for any changes requested after that time.We offer complimentary repairs for broken, lifted, or chipped polish within a 7-day grace period. Beyond that, there will be a charge of $7 for each nail replacement.

We do understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a high level of service for you and as well as others. Due to a large block of time needed for these services, if appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or a no show, the deposit fee will be forfeited. We will require 50% for future booking.

*For Lashes Appointment we require a $20 deposit

*For Brows and Group Bookings we require a $50 deposit

Deposit fee will be applied to secure your spot. This fee will be applied towards your service if you choose to proceed with the service.

Without a deposit we cannot confirm any appointments! All Deposits are to be made online when appointment is booked. Confirmation will be provided via email after booking has been completed.

Total payments will be made in person.

Apple pay, cash or credit/debit

What will I do if I need to delay or reschedule my appointment?

In case you need to delay or reschedule your appointment, please call us at (780)200-5959 update your appointment on online booking system.

What will I do if I want to buy a gift card?

As of right now we only sell our gifts card at our location.

Do you have any warranty on service?

Our 7 days service warranty will cover you for any problem among the followings with no charge:
If your gel polish is chipped or peeled, we will do a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation.
If your acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair them until you’re satisfied.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we always welcome both walk-ins and appointment customers. However, to get better management and comprehensive experience, we highly recommend you to book in advance.

Are the nail light using to cure gel polish safe?

All our Light are LED light, so its perfectly safe for your skin while curing.

How do you clean and disinfect your tools and equipment?

Royal Spa Nails & Lashes, follows AHS protocol for cleaning and disinfecting all tools and equipment used between clients. We also use disposable liner, and pedicure kit for each client during each visit.

Can I get refund on my deposit?

How long will my lash extension appointment take?

A new set of lash extensions can take anywhere from 1.5 - 2.5 hours to apply depending on the lash extension set and style chosen.

Do I have to prepare myself for my lash extension appointment?

Residual oils and makeup will only prevent the adhesive from properly bonding, resulting in poor retention. So please Arrive With a Clean Face and Clean Eyelashes.

Can I book for parties and how much time I need it in advance?

Yes, we do, For the best arrangement we would prefer 4-6 weeks in advance for group booking.
